Our agency officially launched on January 1, 2025, and we’re proud to have a team of four. Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This position primarily involves reaching out to potential clients through cold calling to offer our range of insurance products and solutions. If you have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for helping people protect what matters most, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce and sell insurance products.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance plans.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services, is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable with making cold calls and engaging with new prospects.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
